They are perfectly over the knee for women who's height is 5’2”-5’9”. In an informal test, it almost reached the top of the thigh (height 5’6" and 140 pounds). Underwear Cotton Material - We upgraded its materials from 30th October, 2019.

Was worth every penny, also the only place I found the exact style I was looking for for my Halloween 🎃 fit!!!!! Was shocked by the quality!
