Watch is an E-Paper watch with open supply hardware and software. It has a barebones design utilizing the PCB because the watch body, allowing it to be worn as-is, or further DIY with varied three-D revealed instances and watch straps. It is a different timepiece that also is a wearable advancement platform, allowing clients to create their own experience.
Watchy's E-Paper display delivers a stunning crisp picture obviously seen under vivid sunlight, and demands no energy between updates. At 200x200 pixels and monochrome, the exhibit offers a distinctive aesthetic.
Watch has both WiFi & Bluetooth LE connectivity, permitting it to connect with internet APIs (e. Weather, News, Traffic, Maps, Spotify, etc.), as well as Bluetooth LE enabled devices.
With makers/hackers/tinkerers in mind, we selected the ESP32 for its vast community and assist for a large choice of advancement recommendations (for Arduino, for Micropython, for ESP-IDF, for Zephyr-RTOS, etc.)
