Gdianxiaobao_1enerator Controller 501K,The Model
501K-1 is a Manual Engine Control Module,Key Start Module: 501K, 701
Control Modules are provided as follows:
1) Key Start Module: 501K, 701, 702;
2) Auto Start
Module: 5110, 5210;
3) Auto/ AMF Start Module: 5120, 5220, 704
The Model 501K-1 is a Manual Engine Control Module, which has
been designed to manually control the engine via a key activate The entrance
panel The module is used to start and prevent the engine, indicating fault
conditions; robotically shutting down the engine and indicating the engine
failure through LED giving true first up fault annunciation Operation of
the module is via a three function key swap fastened on the entrance panel with
STOP(O), RUN(I) and START(II) positions In the ‘O’ position the DC delivery is
removed from the module and the run relay and alarm output are de-energised If
the switch is turned to the ‘I’ function the module is powered up and the run
relay is energised, activating the engine fuel/ignition method and the
defense hold-off timer is initiated If the change is moved to the ‘II’
function and held opposed to the spring return, a good delivery is applied to the
relevant output terminal and on to the starter motor Once the engine has
began the change must be released and allowed to come back to the ‘I’ role
Operation of any of the ensuing alarms; Low Oil Pressure, High Engine
Temperature, Auxiliary Shutdown, Overspeed (Optional), will cause the run relay
to de-energise will eradicate the fuel/ignition supply from he engine and
deliver it to relaxation The alarm output can be activated giving a favorable DC
output
Each alarm channel has it’s personal LED indicator and once
activated no additional alarm circumstances may be authorised The alarm output and
relevant LED will remain energetic until the unit is reset by way of turning the swap to
the ‘O’ position
Overspeed Protection (Optional) is carried out by way of the
fitment of an extra PCB within the module This provides integral overspeed
protection derived from both the generator HZ output or the engine magnetic
pick-up (specified on ordering) The overspeed circuit continually monitors
the engine velocity and will close down the engine instantly if a pre-set speed
level is exceeded This time out level is adjustable from 90% to 130% of complete
rated speed and is suitable of either 50Hz or 60Hz techniques
During engine
cranking and for a short while afterwards the safety hold-off timer is active
and the relevant alarms inputs are inhibited This enables the engine to start
and achieve standard working situations Once the timer has expired the inputs
are enabled offering regular protection from the module
Charge Failure
warning is also offered by way of tracking the WL terminal at the payment alternator
This operates on the same predominant to the warning lamp fitted in a motor
vehicle, must the output fail the charge fail LED will illuminate The module
will also give you the alternator excitation latest by way of this connection
