I wore these at a convention for several hours and they were super comfy even for being a flat shoe! They come with two different pairs of socks and a clear strap to connect but I ended up using pink shoelaces to make them more secure. I'm a size 9.5 and they worked perfectly.

These were great a little slippery though! Be careful when walking on slick surfaces. I had to put hot glue on the bottom to make them a little less slippery. I used them for my inosuke cosplay, they wear comfortably they even came with Adjustable straps to make them more secure to your foot.
