• 3240 epoxy board meaning: 3240 is the national normal number, corresponding to the EPGC201 sort in IEC893-3-2. According to JB-T 2197-1996 electrical insulation material product classification, naming and mannequin preparation method: 3240 4 Arabic numerals: The first three represents laminates, coiled products, vacuum pressure dipped products The second position 2 represents the inorganic base laminate The 0.33 4 represents the temperature index level F (155 degrees) The fourth digit zero represents the product diversity code   The 3240 epoxy laminate has a smooth surface, no air bubbles, no pits and wrinkles, yet allows for other defects that don't affect the use, such as: scratches, indentations, stains and small spots. They show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) throughout curing compared to unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins.
