My baby was 2.5 months when we got it. It was too big, so I altered the sleeves. Didn't take long at all. Overall loved it. The bow that it came w/for the back was extremely large though lol. She wore it to a wedding (minus the bow), we received many compliments. May use it again to take pictures when she gets a little bigger.
