When I smelled the syrup, it reminded me more of maple syrup rather than pumpkin pie. It smelled good but just not what I expected. I used about two pumps in a latte with frothed cinnamon milk. It was tasty. I will buy again. If you want a strong pumpkin flavor I do recommend to look elsewhere.
