1. DEFINITIONS
Seller: The natural or legal person specified in a purchase order whose goods are sold on www.buydo.com ("Website") in accordance with these Terms. The Seller is fully responsible for fulfilling the Buyer's order. The Seller's details are specified in each purchase order.
Buydo.com: An online platform owned and administered by BUYDO LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 16104744), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, United Kingdom, N1 7GU.
Buyer: A natural person with legal capacity older than 18 years old (i.e., has reached the age of majority and is not restricted by court order).
Parties: The Buyer and the Seller collectively.
Personal Data: As defined in applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Terms: These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase on buydo.com.
Account: A user profile created on the Website upon registration, where the Buyer's or Seller's information and order history are stored.
Privacy Policy: A separate document explaining how Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored by buydo.com. Buyers must also review the relevant Seller’s Privacy Policy before concluding a contract.
Contract: A contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and a Seller for a specific Product when an order is confirmed.
Order: A request by the Buyer to purchase Product(s), submitted via the Website.
Products: Goods or services offered by Sellers and sold through the Website.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Buyer accepts these Terms by ticking the appropriate checkbox during account creation or checkout. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

3. ORDERING GOODS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT
