1. DEFINITIONS
Seller: The natural or legal person specified in a purchase order whose goods are sold on www.buydo.com ("Website") in accordance with these Terms. The Seller is the contracting party responsible for fulfilling the Buyer’s order. The Seller’s details are specified in each purchase order.
Buydo.com: An online marketplace platform owned and administered by BUYDO LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 16104744), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, United Kingdom, N1 7GU. Buydo.com provides a digital environment that connects Buyers with independent Sellers and does not sell, store, ship, or own the Products listed on the Website.
Buyer: A natural person with legal capacity older than 18 years old.
Parties: The Buyer and the Seller collectively.
Personal Data: As defined in applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Terms: These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase on buydo.com.
Account: A user profile created on the Website, where the Buyer’s or Seller’s information and order history are stored.
Privacy Policy: A separate document explaining how Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored by buydo.com. Buyers must also review the relevant Seller’s Privacy Policy before concluding a contract.
Contract: A contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and a Seller for a specific Product when an order is confirmed.
Order: A request by the Buyer to purchase Product(s) submitted via the Website.
Products: Goods or services offered by independent Sellers and sold through the Website.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. By ticking the appropriate checkbox during account creation or checkout, the Buyer agrees to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, not Buydo.com.
2.2. These Terms apply to all purchases made on the Website. Updates apply from the date of publication and do not affect previously confirmed Orders unless explicitly agreed.
2.3. The Buyer must review these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant Seller’s policies before placing an Order.
2.4. Buydo.com may update these Terms due to legal, operational, or technical reasons. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.5. Personal Data necessary for order fulfilment will be shared with Sellers. Each Seller acts as an independent data controller responsible for its own processing practices. Buyers are encouraged to review the Seller’s Privacy Policy.
2.6. The Buyer must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. ORDERING GOODS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT
3.1. Orders may be placed via:

3.2. Required Personal Data must be provided. Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3.3. A Contract is formed when (i) payment is processed and (ii) the Seller confirms the Order. Confirmation is sent via email.
3.4. Product descriptions provided by Sellers form part of the Contract.
3.5. Orders are retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. BUYER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. Buyers have the right to:

- Return or exchange goods according to these Terms
- Exercise consumer rights under UK and applicable EU laws

5. SELLER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The Seller may cancel an Order if:

- Payment is not received within 3 business days;
- The Buyer cannot be reached for necessary confirmation;
- Required information is missing;
- Buyer data cannot be verified.

5.2. The Seller must:

- Fulfil Orders and ship Products
- Provide accurate product descriptions
- Communicate with Buyers via the platform
- Process Personal Data lawfully
- Respond to Buyer inquiries within 14 days

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
6.1. Prices are shown in GBP, EUR and include VAT and applicable taxes.
6.2. Accepted payment methods may include:

- Bank transfer
- Cash/card on delivery
- Approved financing

6.3. Invoices may be issued electronically or physically.
6.4. If technical or pricing errors occur, the Seller must notify the Buyer, who may cancel the Order.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. Delivery of Products is carried out exclusively by the Seller. Buydo.com does not store, package, or ship Products and is not responsible for courier performance. Buydo.com provides the platform on which Sellers manage and fulfil Orders.
7.2. Once an Order receives the status “Approved”, it means the Seller has accepted the Order and is preparing the Product for dispatch.
7.3. Sellers are required to ship the purchased Product within 11 to 15 days from the moment the Order is approved.
If the Seller does not dispatch the Order within this period, the Order will be automatically refunded.
7.4. If more than 15 days have passed and neither shipment nor a refund has occurred, the Buyer must notify Buydo Support. Support will contact the Seller and assist in resolving the situation without delay.

7.5. Delivery timeframes after dispatch depend on:

- the courier selected by the Seller,
- the Buyer’s location,
- local customs procedures (for international orders).

All estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are indicative and provided by the Seller.
7.6. The Buyer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address and ensure the ability to receive the Product. If delivery fails due to Buyer error (e.g., incorrect address, absence at the delivery location), additional fees for re-delivery may apply.
7.7. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law. The Buyer is encouraged to check the package upon receipt and report visible damage to the courier; however, failure to do so does not affect statutory consumer rights regarding defects.
7.8. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees may apply. These charges are borne by the Buyer unless stated otherwise by the Seller.
8. WARRANTY AND QUALITY
8.1. Product descriptions outline key features and warranty duration.
8.2. Products must:

- Be fit for purpose
- Meet normal quality expectations

8.3. Minor visual differences due to screen settings are not defects.
8.4. Sellers may direct Buyers to authorised service centres. Warranty cannot reduce statutory consumer rights.
9. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
9.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (where applicable).
9.2. The withdrawal period starts:

- On first delivery in ongoing supply contracts

9.3. Withdrawal may be submitted:

9.4. Upon withdrawal, the Seller must refund payments (excluding extra delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9.5. Buyers must:

- Return goods in original condition
- Cover return shipping unless the item is faulty

9.6. Faulty Goods: Buyers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
9.7. Wrong Item Delivered: The Seller must arrange free return and send the correct item or issue a refund within 14 days.
9.8. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
9.9. Returns are handled directly with the Seller, not Buydo.com.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. The Buyer is responsible for lawful use of the Website and for securing login credentials.
10.2. Neither Sellers nor Buydo.com are liable for:

10.3. Buydo.com acts solely as a technical platform connecting Buyers and Sellers. Buydo.com is not a party to the Contract, does not own or inspect Products, and is not liable for quality, delivery, fulfilment, returns, warranties, or Seller actions.
11. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS
11.1. Sellers may run promotions. Promotion terms may change without notice but do not affect statutory rights.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
12.2. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. After 20 days without resolution, legal proceedings may be initiated.
