TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

Seller: The natural or legal person specified in a purchase order whose goods are sold on www.buydo.com ("Website") in accordance with these Terms. The Seller is fully responsible for fulfilling the Buyer's order. The Seller's details are specified in each purchase order.

Buydo.com: An online platform owned and administered by BUYDO LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 16104744), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, United Kingdom, N1 7GU.

Buyer: A natural person with legal capacity older than 18 years old (i.e., has reached the age of majority and is not restricted by court order).

Parties: The Buyer and the Seller collectively.

Personal Data: As defined in applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

Terms: These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase on buydo.com.

Account: A user profile created on the Website upon registration, where the Buyer's or Seller's information and order history are stored.

Privacy Policy: A separate document explaining how Personal Data is collected, processed, and stored by buydo.com. Buyers must also review the relevant Seller’s Privacy Policy before concluding a contract.

Contract: A contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and a Seller for a specific Product when an order is confirmed.

Order: A request by the Buyer to purchase Product(s), submitted via the Website.

Products: Goods or services offered by Sellers and sold through the Website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Buyer accepts these Terms by ticking the appropriate checkbox during account creation or checkout. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

2.2. These Terms apply to all purchases made on the Website. Updates to the Terms will apply from the date of publication and will not affect previously confirmed Orders unless explicitly agreed.

2.3. The Buyer must be eligible to purchase goods under these Terms and must read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2.4. buydo.com may update the Terms to reflect legal requirements or changes in service. Updated Terms will be notified upon login or during checkout. Continued use of the Website confirms acceptance.

2.5. Personal Data will be shared with Sellers for Order fulfilment. Sellers are independent data controllers responsible for their own processing policies. Buyers are advised to review the relevant Seller’s privacy practices before ordering.

2.6. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.

3. ORDERING GOODS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

3.1. Orders can be placed:

• • Online via registered account;
  • Online without registration;
  • By phone;
  • Via the Buydo mobile app.

3.2. When placing an Order, the Buyer must provide required Personal Data. By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

3.3. The Contract is formed when the Order is confirmed and payment is processed. Confirmation and applicable Terms are sent via email.

3.4. Product descriptions include essential characteristics and are considered part of the Contract.

3.5. Orders are retained in the system for record-keeping and customer service purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. BUYER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Buyers have the right to:

• • Purchase goods in accordance with these Terms;
  • Withdraw from the Contract within 14 days under statutory conditions;
  • Cancel Orders as permitted;
  • Return or exchange goods according to the procedures described below;
  • Exercise other rights under UK and applicable EU law.

4.2. Buyers must:

• • Comply with these Terms and applicable laws;
  • Pay for and accept the ordered goods;
  • Use the Website lawfully and maintain security of login details.

5. SELLER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Seller may cancel an Order if:

• Payment is not received within 3 business days;
• The Buyer cannot be reached for Order confirmation;
• Requested data is not provided;
• Verification of the Buyer’s data is not permitted.

5.2. The Seller must:

• Fulfil Orders and deliver goods as agreed;
• Communicate with the Buyer via the Website platform;
• Process Personal Data in compliance with applicable law;
• Respond to Buyer inquiries within 14 days;
• Honour warranty and return policies.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1. Prices are shown in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, or AUD and include VAT and applicable taxes.

6.2. Payment methods may include:

• • Online banking;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Cash/card on delivery;
  • Approved financing.

6.3. Invoices may be delivered physically or electronically and shall include legally required information.

6.4. Price changes due to technical errors or unforeseen circumstances must be communicated, and the Buyer has the right to cancel the Order in such cases.

7. DELIVERY

7.1. Delivery options include:

• • Home delivery;
  • Collection points;
  • Courier lockers (e.g., InPost);
  • Partnered stations (e.g., Shell, BP).

7.2. Specific delivery limitations (weight, dimensions) are disclosed during checkout. Delivery delays due to force majeure or third-party fault are not the Seller’s liability.

7.3. The Buyer must inspect goods on receipt and note any damage immediately. Failure to do so does not limit statutory consumer rights in case of factory defects.

7.4. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

8. WARRANTY AND QUALITY

8.1. Product descriptions outline essential characteristics and warranty duration (if any).

8.2. Products must:

• • Match descriptions;
  • Be fit for purpose;
  • Conform to expected quality standards.

8.3. Visual differences due to screen settings do not constitute defects.

8.4. Sellers may refer Buyers to authorised warranty service centres. Warranty conditions must not reduce consumers’ statutory rights.

9. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

9.1. Right of Withdrawal: Buyers who are consumers have 14 calendar days to cancel without reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if applicable.

9.2. The 14-day period begins:

• • From the day the goods are received;
  • From the last item delivered (if delivered separately);
  • From the first delivery in case of ongoing supply.

9.3. Buyers can notify withdrawal by:

• • Email to legal@buydo.com;
  • Submitting the sample form (available on the Website).

9.4. In case of withdrawal, Sellers must refund all payments, excluding any extra delivery method costs, within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

9.5. Buyers are responsible for:

• • Returning goods in original condition;
  • Covering return costs unless the goods are faulty.

9.6. Faulty Goods: If the product is defective:

• • Buyers may request repair, replacement, or price reduction;
  • Full refund applies if the defect constitutes a major breach.

9.7. Wrong Item Delivered: The Seller will arrange free return and deliver the correct item or issue a refund within 14 days.

9.8. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

10. LIABILITY

10.1. Buyers are responsible for:

• • Lawful use of the Website;
  • Securing login credentials.

10.2. Sellers and Buydo.com are not liable for:

• • Issues caused by third-party websites linked from buydo.com;
  • Buyer’s failure to read or follow the Terms.

10.3. Buydo.com acts as a platform and is not responsible for the fulfilment of contracts between Buyers and individual Sellers.

11. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS

11.1. Sellers may conduct promotions. Conditions may change without notice, but statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

12.2. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved after 20 days, either party may escalate via legal proceedings.
