I've been using these to trim off the attachment points on parts for an infinitely complex folded-metal model my wife bought me. The noses of the jaws are a bit too blunt to use these scissors to trim the parts off the "trees"--I'm using a pair of toenail scissors, which are more pointed, for that--but they work really well for snipping the resulting stubs off smoothly.

The scissors do what they say they will do. They cut through etched parts like butter. Also, they are small enough to get into spaces others won't. I had tried a lot of different cutters with no success.
