STEP 1: Choose a correct management Mode
AA- AC Control AC
DA- DC Control AC
DD- DC Control DC
VA-Control and Adjust
STEP 2: Choose an accurate type
Current of Equipment/Ratio = Current of SSR
PS: The Ratio depend upon the kind of your loading kit
Resistive load :70%, Inductive load:20%,Capacitive load:10%
STEP 3: Choose a suitable heat sink
During the useage of SSR, it will give out lots of heat, so with a view to make bigger the life of your SSR, please set up a warmth sink , additionally if the current is over 60A,the cooling fan additionally required
PS: Our Heat Sink include 2 screws (for install warmth sink)
NOTICE:
The inside the solid-state relay is a semiconductor A semiconductor change is a non-physical touch swap if use a multimeter diode or resistor to check ,it continuously show a high-impedance state, (multimeter mild red)
According to the standard detection tricks of strong state relays: a load is needed to test the switching state Using an incandescent lamp as a dummy load is an obvious approach to test continuity
