I seem to have a problem keeping well hydrated. A medical assistant suggested I buy these and use one before I go to the doctor for a blood draw so that my vein will be easier to find, I did buy some and I love them. In fact, I use at least one every day. I think they help me to feel better and I don’t mind the taste as much as do Pedialite. The packet servings dissolve quickly.
