I have several of these to house my black widows. As you can imagine, keeping them from escaping is exceptionally important, and I've never had an issue with these. The locking mechanism is easy to use and effective. It take a bit of time to assemble, but is easy to do and straight forward. Once the widows die, I can easily unassemble, clean each sheet of acrylic, and reassemble.
