I came VERY close to returning this charger, as it didn't work with any of my mac cables for the USB-C outlet. I had started my return, and thought I'd give the cables that came with the unit a try and it worked, and worked GREAT! Charges fast and doesn't make my 15" macBook Pro hot. It's a beautiful charger and was packaged as well as any of my Apple products, so I was heartbroken until I found and used the supplied cables. SOOO happy that I found them!!!
