Bought on sale, and didn’t put together till it got warm. And of course my window closed to touch base with them (over 30 days)... they sent me a smaller back cushion for the chair, that doesn’t fit into the chair properly! Not to mention my cushions are dirty with handprints all over them (after taking out of the plastic, instantly noticed). It’s a nice product, but now I’m stuck with a wrong size cushion!
