• You can keep on with these steps to troubleshoot the problem: 1. When the garage door is completely closed, make sure that the two magnetic sensor are close to every single other, within 3cm (1 inch), and vice versa; 2. Plug sensor cable, test whether or not the wire is damaged; 3. Do not install the sensor immediately on any steel rails. For example, you can use PVC and different materials to isolate the sensor from metallic to avoid magnetic interference. 4. Factory reset the smart storage door opener and set it from scratch. 5. Completely reinstall the Meross application. Original packaging/instruction guide in English (simple installation method), please be careful when you mind.
