I take Biotin for 3 months at a time to encourage hair growth. I naturally grow very slowly, but when I am taking a Biotin supplement I see about 2x my normal growth pattern. If you plan on taking Biotin for hair+skin+nails, remember that Biotin is not a product your body makes naturally and must be consumed in slight excess on a daily basis in order to see a difference. That also being said, please follow the label dosage.
