• Dear friend, our lamps are workable for most of the moving heads. But we stumbled on some clients complained when obtained our lamps, they have been no light on at all. We examined all our lamps again and checked with expert engineers, we came upon some countries use AC110V operating voltage and the moving heads with Electronic ballast isn't workable with our lamps, especial the Robe moving. So once you order our lamps, please make certain your movign heads are with inductor ballast. Thanks.
