• Siliconizer is a one-component, thick, excessive performance styrene acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer.  When utilized as directed, it'll provide a water-resistant and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to the surface and it's going to not crack, collapse or peel despite exposure to extreme weather or whole joint movement.  Siliconizer reflects solar rays and decreases interior temperatures.   For commercial, residential, and cellular domestic roofs.   Ultra white end helps mirror the sun's heat.   Provides water-resistant seal.   May be utilized with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer.   Covers approximately 50-100 square feet according to gallon per coat looking on the substrate.  Two coats recommended.   For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal and rubberized asphalt.   Dries to touch in one hour.   Dries to recoat in 24 hours.
