These were amazing. From day one. I swear I have always had ADD but never got on meds for it. As I get older it has gotten worse. These were great. No jittery shaky feeling. Just focus. When I ran out I immediately ordered more on repeat as I do not want to go without. They have helped my focus at work and my energy levels. Best part of all I am sleeping better at the end of a day.
