I bought this for Christmas and it worked just as well as I hoped, all it is is putting the cable through the door peice and adding a handle and it works incredibly well, the more far from the door the more harder it is but so be careful because if you back up too much and pull them hard enough they can snap like all workout cables will, but in all if you get your form and technique right it’s great!
