• Ring Cutter Emergency ring cutting tool. It helps remove rings from fingers quickly and safety. Weight:approx. 108g Size:178x50x55mm USE The Ring Cutter is aspeclalty instrument used to cut and remove rings from swollen fingers with minimum discomfort and effort. Note: For use on soft metals only. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: Product (rotary blade) has functional sharp edges. Contact with blade may result in injury. Always keep blade away from finger and body. Handle with care. Do not pick up product by the blade. Keep out of reach of children. Improper use may result in injury. To be used by a trained professional only. WARNING: Take care to ensure patient is not cut during procedure. 1. Slide the finger protector/blade guard underneath the ring to protect the skin. If necessary, lubricate the blade guard to gently slide it between ring and finger. 2.Lower the saw blade onto the ring, ensuring the finger is protected before sawing. 3. Turn the butterfly key/ thumb screw to rotate the saw blade, which will slowly cut a little deeper into the ring with each turn. 4. Two cuts should be made in the ring, one on each side, dividing the band into two distinct halves. Once both sides are cut, the ring should easily come off. Note:Some rings may only require one cut, after which the band could be pried apart. CLEANING Wipe the Ring Cutter with a clean, soft cloth and denatured alcohol NOTICE: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or any product not specificaly listed above on any part of the Ring Cutter.
