i used this product for the gym obviously and within weeks i started to see improved muscles, this is a great product in my opinion! the best way to use it in my opinion is mixing it with your pre-gym protein powder, you get less of the grant feeling in your mouth but all around it’s made a huge difference for me when it comes to building muscle.
