I'm waiting for some gym stuff to be delivered and saw these the BodyBoss as away back into trainning after time off from the gym (virus). The key to successful resistance band training is all to do with tensions, resistance, angles and positions; this kit works really well because it gives amazing flexibility by using these principles.
